    I have researched the people I am interviewed especially finding helpful their organization website and the emory university website. I have also researched some of the issues in Latin America that my influence their work. I will be talking to Dana this Friday and Steven Roser hopefully this weekend.

    How did your interview go with Dana? I am curious to know. It seems like you've got everything under control. Since there's joint partnership with Dana Buffin and Steve Roser, my only suggestion to you is to interview both of them the same way (the same questions, etc.) to see the different kind of answers each offers.

    Thank you Alina that is what I plan to do. I interviewed Dana on Friday which went well she was very nice and helpful. My interview with Steven Roser had to be postponed so hopefully this week I will have a chance to interview him.
